London based valuation practice requires an experienced auditor for valuation figure auditing, compliance and secondary opinions. Mix of commercial, residential and retail valuation work, private and for lending purposes. All figures and details quoted are approximate and subject to contract detailing.
Responsibilities
- Audit valuation figures for compliance and quality control.
- Provide secondary opinions on valuation reports as required.
- Work across commercial, residential and retail valuation sectors; private and lending-related engagements.
Qualifications
- MRICS qualification or equivalent; experience in valuation auditing and compliance.
- Experience with RICS guidelines and lending valuation processes.
- Ability to work remotely with a London-based practice.
