MRICS / FRICS hybrid working Valuation Surveyor (office based, hybrid working) - Hiring in London and Essex (main office in Boreham, Essex).
Basic salary between £45,000 - £58,000 approx. depending on experience, location and personal contacts. With a longstanding company history, my client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy offering various services including corporate valuation.
The company has around 30 professionals, with a dedicated valuation team of 8, focusing on both commercial and residential valuation work (50/50), secured lending, and private valuation work.
Depending on experience and individual agreement, the role requires working from their head office 2-3 days per week, especially initially. Over time, there may be flexibility to work 1 day in the office per week or every other week.
The team is friendly, genuine, and non-micromanaging, emphasizing quality over quantity. The company is stable, long-established, and offers opportunities for career development and progression.
Additional information:
- Average workload of 2-6 jobs per week, depending on complexity
- Report turnaround time typically 3-5 days
- An office in London is available for use during the week if needed
