Residential Building Surveyor – Consultancy 50/50 split – MRICS / FRICS – Home working – Hiring in West London

Established in 2015, my client is a well-respected, friendly team of 20 property professionals who are committed to delivering a quality service to their customers.

They\’re looking for an experienced Building Surveyor under a consultancy agreement, 2-4 days per week depending on your preferences. Ideally, you will have your own PI, but if you need to work under theirs, they are open to discussing this as an option.

Offering:

• 50/50 split, L2 and L3 work
• Their average turnaround time is 2-3 days for L2, 4-5 for L3.
• For technology, they use Go Report for reporting and drones to assist on-site when required.
• Their average fee is L2: £750 (no Valuation), £980 (with Valuation), L3: £1,425.
• For bookings, their in-house administrator makes the bookings and an admin team who set up files, deal with T&Cs, send final reports, assist surveyors with follow-up calls/meetings, and assist with getting reviews from clients.
• Many of their surveyors have been with the company for between 5 and 15 years.

All figures quoted above are approximate, and there may be additional car allowance/bonus payments.
