Established and reputable independent Chartered Surveying practice focusing on Prime / Super prime Residential Building Surveys. Due to sustained and increasing work volumes they are hiring for an MRICS Building Surveyor located in London or Home Counties who can carry out Residential Building Surveying work to their required standard.
A brilliant opportunity for an MRICS Building Surveyor wanting to focus on Prime and Super Prime properties, it is worth mentioning that they are also casting their nets across Europe as they have been called out to Paris and South of France on an increasingly regular basis, because of this South of France and parts of Europe are likely to become part of their regular serviced locations.
Hybrid working situation, one day in office per week. In terms of output requirements, the expectation is around 10 jobs per month.
Offering:
- Basic salary – Around £70 – 75,000 approx. plus car allowance, plus bonus for somebody with the correct experience.
- 30% bonus over three times salary paid once yearly.
