Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate valuations of residential and commercial properties for loan security.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to clients.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- MRICS/FRICS qualification and registered valuer status.
- Proven track record of handling high-volume and high-value property valuations.

- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
