Full training and ongoing support. Party Wall Surveyor requirement in North London and surrounding areas - salary negotiable depending on experience with flat 10% commission on all jobs with no threshold. Very friendly reputable and committed team located in North West London, full time in office requirement. All levels of experience considered.

The Role/duties:

  • Preparation of and serving party wall notices.
  • Taking schedules of condition.
  • Making and serving of party wall awards.

The Applicant will report to a senior party wall surveyor and director. The applicant will receive support in-house; the Managing Director is also a Director of the national body of Party Wall Surveyors.

1/ The position: An Associate of RICS and/or a Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

2/ Hours: The position is full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and he/she is expected to attend our office when not on inspections (excepting occasions where logistics dictate otherwise). Holidays are 5.6 weeks per annum to include Bank Holidays.

3/ Commission: 10% of net fee income (excluding VAT and introducer payments). In addition, they also offer commission when taking paid leave, calculated as an average of the three preceding months.

4/ Vehicle allowance: Vehicle allowance of £4,000 pa plus 16p per mile reimbursement for fuel used on company business. The vehicle should be of similar or greater value to one taken on a full maintenance contract hire agreement.

5/ Professional Subscriptions, CPD, training costs: They will pay an additional £1,000 pa (pcm pro rata) to help cover the costs of membership, learning materials, exams and CPD courses. Subscriptions for RICS.
