My client is an established independent Fund monitoring Surveying practice. They are a stable and close-knit team of Chartered property professionals who are committed to delivering a quality service for their customers.
Due to sustained growth, they are hiring for 4/5 Chartered Valuation Surveyors who are interested in transitioning their existing skill set to fund/bank monitoring. They are prepared to offer full training to get you up to speed.
Typically, they operate a hybrid working model with one day in the office per week (typically a Monday); however, they are open to discussion depending on your exact location. They have work coming in across England, so are open to discussion on merit/location.
They are interested in taking on and training Chartered Valuation Surveyors who are interested in Fund monitoring/QS work. The positions would mainly be focused on providing fund monitoring services overseeing residential development work (approx. £700k - £6 million project GDV). Longstanding Residential/Commercial Valuation experience will be adequate to be considered.
All figures quoted above are approx., and possibly there will be additional car allowance/bonus payments.
