Position: Residential / Commercial Valuation Surveyor (Commercial experience advantageous)
About the Role
Based in Hampshire, this position is for a self‑employed consultant who will work primarily on residential valuations (approximately 80%) and commercial valuations (approximately 20%). A full‑time commitment is preferred, although part‑time work may be considered. The consultant will operate on a 50/50 fee split and receive weekly payments through their limited company.
Responsibilities
- Produce short and longer form residential valuation reports.
- Create commercial valuation reports for private and secured lending sectors.
- Maintain a consistent weekly diary and manage job selection.
- Submit reports in accordance with RICS standards (L2/L3 reporting as required).
- Utilise the client’s provided tools such as Rightmove and subscription services.
Requirements
- Registered RICS Valuation Surveyor with the ability to produce L2 and L3 reports.
- Experience in residential valuation is preferred; commercial experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently through a limited company.
Benefits & Compensation
- Variable earnings: approximate payouts of £1,400 per report, minimum £750 per residential, with commercial minimum £1,750.
- Potential to earn up to six figures depending on days and commitment.
