Established Chartered Surveying practice, split between building surveying and Valuation, my client is a reputable independent with requirements for their valuation team due to sustained and increasing work levels.
The position will see you carrying out private, matrimonial and tax valuations, mainly across Residential assets. Commercial training can be offered for the right candidate.
- AD or Director level job titles for all appointments regardless of experience, as long as chartered
- Dynamic team with a good sociable and client facing environment.
- High fees and low-cost overheads allowing them to pay more back to surveyors and valuers.
- Can be home office based or hybrid to suit.
- Team of over 15 surveyors and valuers.
- Very low staff turnover due to strong, collegiate and autonomous working environment well supported with administration and IT systems and strong earnings potential which is consistently delivered.

Their working environment would be both supportive but offering flexibility and certainly there would be little in the way of micro management.
