Building Surveyors or Project Managers wanting to transition to L2 / L3 Survey work (must be AssocRICS or MRICS or close to obtaining either qualification) are welcome to apply. I have a number of contacts across the UK who are prepared to help with the transition and provide the required training.
Typical working situation is remote or hybrid working with 1-2 days in the office per week, but usually fully remote with a remote support system for communication with colleagues and the quality/compliance team. The average workload is 2X L2 reports per day or 1X L3 report per day.
Earnings vary from firm to firm and location dependent, but typical earnings including monthly commission, annual bonus, and car allowance range from £70,000 - £110,000 once trained and up to speed.
