Established Chartered Surveying practice, split between building surveying and Valuation, my client is a reputable independent with requirements for their valuation team due to sustained and increasing work levels.

The position will see you carrying out private, matrimonial and tax valuations, mainly across commercial and residential assets. Commercial training and support can be offered.

High fees and low-cost overheads allow them to pay more back to surveyors and valuers. Can be home or office based or hybrid to suit. Team of over 15 surveyors and valuers.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
