A well-established independent Chartered surveying practice is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor for a mix of residential and commercial building surveying work (no project work, professional work only). The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work and are looking to continue their high service levels.
The role will not include any active business development as there is an established workflow in place. If you are a residential only building surveyor please feel welcome to apply still as they are potentially flexible depending on experience and preferences.
Remote working, the workload is likely to be across London and home counties but if there is a specific patch radius you are willing to cover they are happy to discuss this on a case by case basis.
