General Practice Surveyor – Senior / AD Level – 60 – 70k plus car allowance, plus bonus depending on experience. Latymer Search is proud to be representing a reputable and well-established Chartered Surveying practice located in central London. Solid professional firm with a competent team made up of 16 professionals. The position will mainly be geared around Valuation work (red book, no secured lending) and Landlord and tenant valuations and advisory. Experience with business rates and/or CPO work would be advantageous but not essential. Mainly office based but are happy to consider 1-2 days remote working per week. To give you an idea of the type of work, the weekly work variety could look as follows ’It could be that you have a CPO case tribunal over development value, a licenced premises business rates appeal on the desk, a rent review of a nightclub (valued on trade) as well as a retail portfolio of work for lease advisory, a large west end office rent review, valuations of a variety of property including offices, retail, a small amount of residential and a farm.
