My client is a well-respected, friendly team of 20 property professionals, who are committed to delivering a quality service to their customers.
They have a well established party wall department and are looking for two trainee party wall surveyors.
The training will last for around three years, they will then support you with becoming qualified.

Offering
- Base salary: £26,000 as a starting salary for the first year (worth mentioning, qualified party wall surveyors can earn 50‑80k once qualified or higher if self‑employed)
- Pension contributions in line with government requirements.
- 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, rises after 5 and 7 years to 25 then 26 days.
- Workplace pension (standard).
- RICS memberships paid.
- 45p per mile, mileage allowance.
