We are assisting one of the leading independent names in property who are in the process of expanding their City trading teams service offering to also cover Hotel Valuations, and they require an experienced hotel Valuer to work alongside the London trading team.
Given their name and longstanding presence across the valuation and secured lending space, much of the clientele foundations will be in place; however, if you are well networked this would be advantageous.
Office based, likely 4 days in office required per week when not on site. Stable business, with attractive longer term career prospects for the correct persons given their partner-led structure.

- RICS Valuation Surveyors (UK wide) - Short & longer form format, private and secured lending, all sectors.
- RICS Residential Building Surveyors (UK wide) - L2 & L3 reporting.
Additional areas we are able to assist with:
- RICS General Practice Surveyors (UK wide).
- RICS Building Surveyors (UK wide).
