An established and growing residential surveying practice is seeking experienced, motivated and commercially minded Surveyors to join their team. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work and is looking to continue its growth trajectory.

The role will include assisting an already established practice with:

  • Business development
  • Processes and structure
  • Marketing
  • Management
  • Mentoring and supporting the existing team of around 10 surveyors

You will be expected to carry out a small amount of survey work per week in addition to leading the team. They have developed a stable and strong workflow with an average fee of around £1000 plus VAT. The management team is known for its down-to-earth, balanced, and fair attitude towards business.

The offering is likely to be negotiable but as a range, likely between £,000 plus bonus.
