An established and reputable independent Chartered Surveying practice is looking to add Commercial Valuers to its growing Trading Valuation team.
This is a remote working opportunity with candidates considered across the UK.
The opportunity is open to valuers at different levels of seniority, from those with 2+ years PQE through to Director level.
The team is particularly interested in speaking with:
- Experienced Trading Valuers
- Commercial Valuers looking to transition into Trading Valuation
- Valuers with relevant commercial valuation experience who are interested in developing their Trading Valuation expertise
The practice has developed its own in-house reporting system, which has received strong internal feedback and allows valuers to complete work efficiently while maintaining quality.
Requirements:
- Commercial valuation experience
- 2+ years PQE for applicants at the lower end of the seniority range
- RICS qualification or relevant professional valuation experience
- Candidates with existing Trading Valuation experience are welcome
- Commercial Valuers without Trading Valuation experience who are interested in transitioning are also encouraged to apply
All levels of seniority and salary levels will be considered, with opportunities available from experienced valuers through to Director level.
