We’re working with a high-performing, AI-focused independent consultancy seeking a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to support their continued expansion across the Midlands and Northern England. This opportunity is open to commercially focused surveyors, although candidates with residential, social housing, or alternative valuation backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
The role offers a fully remote working setup, with a competitive basic salary of up to circa £72,500, plus car allowance and a highly attractive bonus structure (approximately 32% over agreed net fee income target).
