Latymer Search is recruiting on behalf of an established reputable independent Chartered Surveying practice who offers a multi-disciplinary service to its customers, including valuation and advisory, and Building Surveying services.
Now a team of around 17 Surveyors, they are looking for a Building Surveyor located in either South East London or Kent. The bulk of the work will be residential home building surveys, dilapidations, and condition reports. They target the top end of the market and focus on quality over quantity, charging around £1200 for their standard Building Survey.
Our client will consider interviewing experienced AssocRICS with L3 Building Surveying experience or MRICS valuation Surveyors.
