General Practice Surveyor – Senior / AD Level – £60 – 75,000 plus approx. £4000 car allowance, plus annual bonus depending on experience. Latymer Search is proud to be representing a reputable and well-established Chartered Surveying practice located in central London. Solid professional firm with a competent team made up of 16 professionals.
The position will mainly be geared around Valuation work (red book, no secured lending) and Landlord and tenant valuations and advisory. Experience with business rates and/or CPO work would be advantageous but not essential. Mainly office based but are happy to consider 1-2 days remote working per week.
To give you an idea of the type of work, the weekly work variety could look as follows:
- CPO case tribunal over development value
- Licensed premises business rates appeal
- Rent review of a nightclub (valued on trade)
- Retail portfolio of work for lease advisory
- Large west end office rent review
- Valuations of a variety of property including offices, retail, a small amount of residential and a farm
Requirements: MRICS / FRICS and Registered Valuer certification.
Benefits: £60 – 75,000 plus car allowance, plus bonus (depending on experience). Plus full benefits (to be discussed by agency or at interview).
