Latymer Search is recruiting on behalf of an established and very reputable independent Chartered Surveying practice who specialise in prime/super prime loan security valuation work. With offices in London and multiple across Europe, they have over the years established themselves as a market leader with regards to the prime/super prime valuation market.
Our client will consider reviewing and interviewing experienced AssocRICS or MRICS valuation Surveyors who have secured lending/loan security valuation experience (Residential and or commercial experience), located in London and home counties (all locations considered). Depending on the surveyor's level of experience, they are open to discussion with regards to remote working.
