A well-established and growing residential surveying practice is seeking experienced, motivated and commercially minded Surveyor to join their team. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work and is looking to continue their growth trajectory.

The role will include assisting an already established practice with business development, processes, structure, marketing, management, mentoring and supporting the existing team of around 10 surveyors. You will be expected to carry out a small amount of survey work per week in addition to leading the team.

They have developed a stable and strong workflow with an average fee of around £1000 plus VAT. The management team is known for their down-to-earth, balanced and refreshingly fair attitude towards business.

The offering is likely to be negotiable but as a range, likely between £70,000 - £90,000 plus bonus.
