- Assisting with business development, processes, structure, marketing, management, mentoring, and supporting the existing team of around 10 surveyors.
- Carrying out a small amount of survey work per week in addition to leading the team.

The salary is likely to be negotiable, with a range between £70,000 - £90,000 plus bonus.
