Leading independent Valuation practice specialising in residential loan security valuation services along with home surveys. Despite their success and growth in headcount, they have managed to maintain a personable and family feel within the business, who have good reputation across the residential valuation industry. They operate on a remote working basis but still provide the daily support of the wider team. Work is typically within 25 mile proximity of your home address, likely 5-10 mile radius for London postcodes, depending on the patch.
Work will involve residential valuation work and L2 homebuyer surveys. Typically 5 points per day (3 points for L2's, 1 point for valuations). Commission/bonus is paid quarterly, likely OTE is around £75,000 - £110,000. All figures & details quoted are approximate and subject to contract detailing.
