Client-side Valuer - Bournemouth / Portsmouth / Southampton / Salisbury
Our client is a specialist lender seeking an experienced Residential Valuation Surveyor to cover the Lincoln area.
You’ll undertake valuations to support lending decisions, with work focused on buy-to-let investment property. Instructions may include HMOs, portfolios, multi-unit properties and student accommodation. You’ll carry out inspections and prepare reports in line with RICS standards and the lender’s criteria.
The indicated basic salary is up to £80,000. The potential package includes a company car or car allowance, profit related pay, pension contributions, a share scheme, with additional leave linked to service plus other benefits.
