Senior / AD / Director - Commercial / Mixed sector Valuer - Remote working
Our client is an independent surveying practice seeking an experienced MRICS or FRICS Valuation Surveyor.
You’ll carry out commercial and mixed-use valuations, primarily for secured lending. Instructions may include portfolios, HMOs, development property, offices and retail. The role is home based, with regular inspections and support from an experienced administration team.
The anticipated basic salary is approximately £65,000–£70,000, with a monthly bonus and potential total earnings around £100,000. The package may also include a car allowance or company car, mileage, pension, annual leave, paid RICS membership and CPD.
