MRICS Building Surveyor - Consultancy fee split - Surveying plus expert witness work - London
Our client is an independent surveying practice seeking an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor for consultancy work.
Enquiries are mainly for Level 2 and Level 3 home surveys. Other potential instructions include commercial building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations and specialist matters suited to your experience. Work is generally in London / North / East London and surrounding areas, with some flexibility around your preferred locations.
You’ll need to produce clear reports, respond promptly to enquiries and provide competitive quotes. The volume of work will vary. Fees and the consultancy arrangement will be discussed directly.
