MRICS Senior / Associate Commercial Valuers
Our client is a growing independent chartered surveying firm is looking for an MRICS or FRICS Valuer to undertake a varied commercial workload, principally for secured lending.
You’ll manage instructions from initial inspection through to the completed valuation report, researching comparable evidence, assessing tenancy information, forming valuations and responding to client queries.
The property mix may include industrial units, retail investments, business park offices and mixed-use buildings, with occasional portfolio and development instructions, mostly for secured lending purposes.
The position is remote based role, with regular travel for inspections and administrative support to help coordinate appointments and reporting.
For this illustrative example, the package comprises a £57,000 - £80,000 basic salary, a performance bonus and car allowance, alongside pension, annual leave, paid RICS membership and CPD.
