AssocRICS / MRICS Residential Surveyor - Remote working
Our client is an independent surveying practice seeking Residential Surveyors across the UK. The work is primarily Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, with some Level 1 surveys and private valuation instructions depending on your experience.
You’ll work remotely, carrying out local inspections and producing clear, thorough reports. The practice offers day‑to‑day support and ongoing training, with an emphasis on quality reporting and a manageable workload.
The anticipated basic salary is in the region of £45,000 - £60,000 approx, depending on experience and location, plus a monthly bonus. Potential total earnings are approximately £55,000 - £80,000.
