We are now looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team based in Hull.

Playing a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, you will support new client onboarding, manage customer enquiries, and ensure queries and feedback are handled efficiently across the business. Acting as a central point of contact, you will build strong client relationships, provide a professional and responsive service, and work closely with internal teams to ensure clear communication, seamless collaboration, and successful outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the seamless onboarding of new clients across Latus Group services
  • Guiding customers through key processes, systems, and points of contact from day one
  • Managing shared customer enquiry inboxes and ensuring all communications are handled efficiently
  • Responding to client enquiries promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first approach
  • Monitoring customer feedback and ensuring concerns are addressed effectively
  • Identifying feedback trends and highlighting insights to support service improvement
  • Acting as the key link between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries
  • Providing administrative support to the Health Surveillance team as required
  • Assisting wider business functions, including Clinical Administration, to support operational needs
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service activity

Key Requirements

  • Strong administrative experience within a fast-paced, office-based environment, with confidence using a range of IT systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Capable of managing multiple enquiries, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach to service delivery
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using CRM and administrative systems
  • Previous experience within a Customer Service, Customer Success, or client-facing role (desirable)
  • Experience within Occupational Health, Healthcare, or Professional Services environments (desirable)
  • Experience managing shared inboxes, customer enquiries, or case management systems (desirable)
