We're hiring a driven and consultative Mid-Market Account Executive to help accelerate Lattice's next phase of growth. This is an opportunity for ambitious sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at managing complex sales cycles, and are energised by building strong customer relationships. As an Account Executive, you'll become a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders by developing deep expertise in the Lattice Talent Suite and broader trends across People Strategy.
What You Will Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for Mid-Market organisations, delivering a high-quality customer experience throughout.
- Build and maintain a healthy, disciplined pipeline through strong follow-up, deal management, and forecasting hygiene.
- Navigate multiple stakeholders and buying groups throughout the sales process.
- Position Lattice's solutions through a consultative sales approach tailored to each customer's needs.
- Partner with Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
