Latte is recruiting a PR Account Director (Consumer) to join Here Be Dragons - an award-winning creative communications agency built on earned-first ideas and punchy activations. If you're bored of boring PR and ready to do the best work of your career, this is the agency for you.

Location: London (Hybrid)

Hybrid policy: 3 office days per week

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

About the agency

Here Be Dragons is an award-winning creative communications agency built on earned-first ideas, punchy activations, and campaigns that make headlines for all the right reasons. They’re a small (ish) team doing big things, and, after some huge new business wins, are looking for future Dragons who are ready to breathe fire with them in 2026. They punch well above their size when it comes to both clients and the work they put out. Their work is bold, creative, and full of fire for a diverse range of iconic brands.

From launching headline-grabbing brand stunts to delivering fast-turnaround culture-first campaigns, their work spans some of the most talked-about names in FMCG, drinks, entertainment and hospitality.

Benefits

It’s not all (award-winning) work and no play. Over the years, Here Be Dragons has invested heavily in building a culture that works for its people. That means lots of opportunities to spend time together outside of work, catching up on things that aren’t status reports, coverage trackers, or planning decks – think team breakfasts, cultural days out, and after-work drinks. Work-life balance is a top priority, which means they’re generally out of the office by 6:01pm on most in-office days.

If you’re looking for somewhere that backs good people, not just good headlines, this is the agency for you. Benefits include:

  • Hybrid working: 3 days in Shoreditch office, 2 days WFH
  • 25 days holiday + Christmas closure + Bank Holidays
  • Dragon Club: quarterly perks for living the agency values (FaceGym, Unplugged cabins, annual team trip)
  • Dragon of the Month recognition and reward
  • Subscription to Calm
  • Self Space therapy credits
  • Breakfast Mondays
  • Art Pass
  • Cultural team days out
  • After work drinks
  • Bonus scheme and ad hoc rewards

About the job

In this role, you’ll be a trusted client handler on a portfolio of 3-4 accounts, lead a busy press office, have a voice on the creative direction on projects, and be a nurturing mentor to juniors. If you are a person looking to make your mark in one of London’s most exciting agencies, sick of working on campaigns that feel a bit cringe, or you’re tired of feeling that you can’t make an impact, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day client handling across multiple accounts.
  • Delivering fame-driving iconic PR campaigns.
  • Work across a diverse portfolio of award-winning accounts within the drinks, entertainment, FMCG, and hospitality space.
  • Mentoring juniors and flying the flag when senior leadership isn’t in the room.
  • Getting your hands dirty; this is not a sit-back-and-delegate role.

About you

You’re already an established Account Director, know how to hold your own with clients, and have a proven track record of delivering smart, effective work for big consumer brands. Please note: this role is not suited to candidates from beauty, fashion, or niche specialisms.

As a values-driven agency, it’s pretty much essential that you can live up to the Here Be Dragons values. You’re curious, courageous, compassionate – and can bring seriously good vibes.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 4–5 years’ experience in consumer PR
  • Excels at building client trust, energising teams, and generating media buzz
  • Is culturally plugged in and confident, challenging convention when needed
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment without dropping the ball
  • Leads with curiosity, creativity, and calm

Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this role – you must already have the right to work in the UK to be considered.
