They are 15 people strong, based in Shoreditch, and proud of the fact that they win big brand work without the bloat of a big network agency. They’ve made 2024 their strongest year yet - and now they’re looking for a sharp, culturally plugged-in Account Director to join the team and help shape what’s next.
From launching headline-grabbing brand stunts to delivering fast-turnaround culture-first campaigns, their work spans some of the most talked-about names in FMCG, drinks, entertainment and hospitality. You’re already a PR Account Director and you know how to hold your own. You lead with curiosity, creativity and calm and you’ve got a proven track record in delivering smart work for consumer brands.
Requirements:
- 5–6 years’ experience in consumer PR
- Operating as an Account Director in a Consumer PR Agency environment
- Brilliant at building client trust, team energy and media buzz
- Commercially-minded and confident upselling or spotting new projects
