Latte is recruiting a PR Lead to join Material Focus - an award-winning, independent, mission-driven not-for-profit on a journey to solve one of the UK’s fastest-growing environmental challenges: electronic waste (e-waste). As the in-House PR Lead, you will take ownership of developing and executing multi-channel PR campaigns that spark national conversation and drive real behavioural change.

Material Focus is operational since 2020, with a small but mighty 14-person team. They collaborate across the sector, producing thought leadership, research and innovation funding to catalyse the development of a thriving circular electricals system. Recycle Your Electricals, the primary consumer-facing campaign, is a nationwide initiative designed to shift public behaviour towards e-waste by inspiring, educating and encouraging everyone across the UK to act. From funding community drop-off points to executing major national cultural activations, they make recycling small electricals both mentally and physically easier for millions of people.
