Here Be Dragons is a fiercely independent PR agency built on earned-first ideas, punchy activations and campaigns that make headlines for all the right reasons. They are 15 people strong, based in Shoreditch, and proud of the fact that they win big brand work without the bloat of a big network agency. They’ve made 2024 their strongest year yet - and now they’re looking for a sharp, culturally plugged-in Account Director to join the team and help shape what’s next.
From launching headline-grabbing brand stunts to delivering fast-turnaround culture-first campaigns, their work spans some of the most talked-about names in FMCG, drinks, entertainment and hospitality. You won’t find the client list here - but if you’ve seen it in the news or on your feed lately, there’s a good chance they were behind it. With a mix of retained accounts and punchy project work, no two weeks look the same - and that’s exactly how they like it.
Benefits
- Hybrid working: 3 days in Shoreditch office, 2 days remote
- 27 days holiday + Christmas closure + Bank Holidays
- Dragon Club: quarterly perks for living the agency values (FaceGym, Unplugged cabins, annual trip to Spain)
- Subscription to Calm and Self Space credits for wellbeing
- Breakfast Tuesdays, Art Pass and cultural team days out
- Bonus scheme and ad hoc rewards

- Getting your hands dirty; this is not a sit-back-and-delegate role
About you
