Latte is recruiting a PR Account Manager for Fight or Flight. In this role, you will own a portfolio of household-name B2B clients to develop high-impact, creative campaigns.

The biggest driver of their growth has been a team of dedicated, smart, creative and passionate Fight or Flighters – better known as "Foffers" – who come to work every day determined to shake up the world of B2B.

Key responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day for a portfolio of household name clients, moving beyond simple PR to deliver integrated campaigns that span media relations, content, and digital.
- Challenge the standard B2B brief, working closely with account leads to develop high-impact, creative campaigns.
- Mentor and grow the junior team, acting as a go-between for directors, executives and clients in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Support the agency's fast-growing momentum by getting involved in the exciting new business pitches that are driving the agency's expansion.
About you:
The ideal candidate:
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B or corporate communications, with a specific interest and background in the B2B/Tech sector.
- You possess a proven track record in media relations with strong, existing relationships and the ability to land standout coverage.
- You thrive in a flat-structured, meritocratic environment and are excited by the prospect of joining a team that is actively scaling.
- A solid writer with experience in writing media-ready materials (press releases, bylines, pitches, etc.).
