Latte is recruiting a B2B Content Marketing Manager to join a highly prominent growth capital investor. In this role, you’ll own the digital and content marketing strategy and lead the brand’s online presence.

About the job

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the digital and content marketing strategy, acting as the strategic thinker behind the brand’s online presence.
  • Manage the UK and Irish websites, overseeing content updates, user journey optimisation, and SEO performance.
  • Create high-quality thought leadership content that translates complex investment topics into compelling insights for entrepreneurs.
  • Professionalise the brand’s social media presence, specifically leading on LinkedIn strategy and organic activity.
  • Lead the email marketing strategy, acting as a HubSpot superuser to curate newsletters and nurture key audiences.
  • Define and track clear performance metrics for digital activity, including SEO and AEO (Generative Engine Optimisation).

About you

Essential experience:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within the financial services or professional services industry.

The ideal candidate:

  • You are a natural storyteller with a proven ability to write sophisticated, high-end copy.
  • Proven ability to devise digital strategy by translating complex ideas into engaging thought leadership themes.
  • Proficient in website maintenance (WordPress) and tracking performance using tools like Semrush or Ahrefs.
  • A HubSpot superuser with a deep understanding of email automation and audience segmentation.
  • You are an autonomous worker who can hit the ground running and provide strategic guidance to the wider team.
  • A strong attention to detail and an interest in evolving digital trends, including AI-driven search.
