About Latte Recruitment

Latte Recruitment is a boutique specialist PR recruitment agency operating across the UK. We partner with, and recruit for, leading PR agencies and in-house teams – helping them attract and hire exceptional talent.

Latte is a small but mighty team, with deep recruitment expertise, a trusted market presence, and ambitious growth plans. Following the arrival of our new Managing Director and our Marketing Manager heading on maternity leave, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on maternity cover to lead our marketing function, drive commercial success, and support Latte’s next chapter.

About the role

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of Latte’s content strategy while applying your email and digital expertise to execute targeted lead-gen campaigns across both client and candidate networks. It’s an exciting period of growth, and we need a marketer who can seamlessly balance producing the high-quality content we’re known and loved for with a sharp, strategic approach to campaign execution and lead generation.

As Latte’s brand guardian, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring our visual identity, tone of voice, and transparent no-BS philosophy remain consistent across all external touchpoints. Partnering closely with our Managing Director, you will also support core operations and process improvements to elevate both internal efficiency and customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

Building on the foundation of our strong brand, you will work closely with the Managing Director to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns that drive quality lead generation and sales opportunities across both client and candidate networks.

  • Strategic campaign ideation and execution: Build multi-channel marketing campaigns around new service offerings, survey data and market insights across email, LinkedIn, and digital channels. You’ll work alongside the Managing Director to think up creative campaign ideas, execute on ideas including A/B testing, and interpret data-led metrics.
  • Lead nurturing & MQLs: Build structured email sequences and content workflows that nurture relationships, qualify leads, and convert target accounts into active sales conversations.
  • Sales collateral: Create sharp, commercial sales assets (e.g. market reports, pitch decks, candidate cheat sheets, and case studies) that drive MQLs and candidate engagement and support the team to win new business.

Taking full ownership of Latte’s primary communication channels, you will lead the creation of high-value content that maintains our strong market presence and reinforces our no-BS reputation across both client and candidate networks.

  • Brand LinkedIn Management: Plan, write, and publish engaging content on the Latte company page to maintain consistent market presence, showcase our values, and highlight current opportunities.
  • Executive Thought Leadership: Work directly with the Managing Director to create, edit, and schedule commentary that builds his personal brand within the PR sector.
  • Email Newsletters: Write and distribute Latte’s monthly client and candidate newsletters, delivering tailored market trends, job updates and resources to drive engagement.
  • Trade Media & PR Outreach: Identify opportunities to pitch commentary, opinion pieces, and candidate data to PR trade media, vet and fulfil inbound press requests, and track coverage data.
  • Partnership Management: Oversee and optimise our commercial partnerships, including the ongoing management of the PRmoment jobs.
  • Reporting: Track and analyse key metrics across marketing channels to continuously refine content strategy, improve reach, and maximise impact.

Business Operations & Brand Guardianship

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will safeguard the integrity of the Latte brand while executing and optimising core business administration to keep the agency running smoothly.

  • Core Admin Support: Execute essential administrative processes and day-to-day business operations to a consistently high standard.
  • Process Optimisation: Support the Managing Director in identifying operational bottlenecks and collaborate to improve.
  • Brand Guardianship: Act as the custodian of the Latte brand across all touchpoints, ensuring tone of voice, visual identity, and our transparent “no-BS” philosophy remain consistent across all external activity and comms.

About you

This is a hands-on role working within a small and busy team, so you must be highly organised, commercially minded and ready to jump in proactively where needed. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of recruitment marketing, or marketing within the PR and creative sector (or both!).

You’ll bring (Essential):

  • 2-3+ years in a content, campaign, or digital B2B marketing role within a small team or agency.
  • A strong track record managing brand LinkedIn channels, crafting thought leadership content, and creating high-performing email marketing campaigns.
  • A solid understanding of social and email analytics.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns (email, social, web) that nurture prospects, generate MQLs, and drive sales enablement.
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Experience working closely with a Founder or Managing Director, with the confidence to manage upwards, provide strategic advice, and keep projects moving.
  • Direct experience using Canva/alternative design platform to build sharp visual assets and brand collateral.
  • Background in recruitment marketing, executive search, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with the PR and communications industry.
