Join one of PR Week’s top 150 agencies and help businesses and change-makers tell thought-provoking stories that have an impact. They are looking for a Senior Events Executive to help deliver high-profile events and campaign projects for some of the UK’s most influential leaders and organisations.

The role in a nutshell:

  • Event Strategy & Delivery: Organise impactful virtual, hybrid, and in-person events such as panel discussions, webinars, and roundtables.
  • Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted partner, managing relationships and delivering excellent outputs that meet client expectations.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers, manage budgets, and source venues, production, and catering.
  • Logistics & Planning: Create detailed timelines, guest lists, speaker briefings, and post-event reports.
  • Creative Contribution: Input into innovative proposals that respond to client briefs, helping shape unforgettable events.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 18 months–2 years of delivering high-quality corporate events.
  • Skills: Organisational prowess, attention to detail, and client management expertise.
  • Mindset: Proactive self-starter, confident under pressure, and a natural collaborator.
  • Innovation: Passion for creative problem-solving and staying ahead of trends.
