About the job

  • Lead strategic responses to complex briefs, defining the creative vision and overseeing the development of integrated campaigns for global consumer giants.
  • Act as a senior consultant, cultivating deep, senior-level relationships and providing counsel that aligns PR activity with long-term business objectives.
  • Drive the creative engine, directing brainstorms and translating raw ideas into compelling, newsworthy stories that earn the national spotlight.
  • Oversee account health, managing budgets, fee planners, and team resourcing to ensure high-performance delivery and profitability.
  • Mentor and coach the next generation, instilling an understanding of the strategy behind decision-making to help junior team members level up.
  • Champion agency energy, contributing to high-stakes new business pitches and embedding the agency’s Blueprint commitments into day-to-day work.

About you

Essential experience:

  • You have a proven track record of leading complex consumer accounts as an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager and are comfortable reporting directly to a Board Director.

The ideal candidate:

  • You possess the commercial rigour to manage significant budgets and complex workflows while driving the day-to-day work alongside your team.
  • You live and breathe the media agenda, maintaining close relationships with journalists to ensure your campaigns earn the attention they deserve.
