Latte is recruiting a PR Account Director / Senior Account Director (Sports) to join Run Communications - a purpose-driven sports communications agency with an industry-leading reputation for women's sport.

Location: Brighton (Hybrid)

Hybrid policy: 3 office days per week

About the job

As an Account Director / Senior Account Director, the successful candidate will lead on client delivery, managing a portfolio of high profile sports accounts and ensuring campaigns are executed to flawless standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading strategic direction and day-to-day delivery across the agency’s core brand client portfolios, including the National Lottery, UK Coaching, and Parkrun, to name a few.
  • Driving bold, culturally relevant campaigns that cut through the noise, maintaining rigorous standards across planning, execution, media relations, and reporting.
  • Act as the trusted senior lead, providing confident strategic counsel, managing client instincts, and building long-term partner relationships.
  • Overseeing account health and operations, tightly managing project timelines, budgets, and team resourcing to ensure highly efficient and profitable delivery.
  • Mentoring and developing the team, establishing clear direction, instilling strong agency processes, and fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration and creativity.
  • Contributing to agency growth, identifying organic account growth opportunities and proactively playing a leading role in new business pitches.

About you

Run Communications is looking for an agency operator with a growth mindset who is passionate about the role sport plays in driving societal change. The ideal candidate:

  • You have 6+ years of experience in Sports PR, with significant time spent in a fast-paced sports agency environment.
  • You have a proven track record of managing, mentoring, and setting high standards for junior staff.
  • You have a thorough understanding of integrated comms, with a history of delivering standout moments across national broadcast, print, digital, and social channels.
  • You possess robust commercial skills, easily managing stakeholder expectations, tracking budgets, and coordinating with external suppliers.
  • You are either based locally to Brighton or are completely comfortable commuting to the agency’s Brighton office 3 days a week.
