The Role

You'll provide administrative support to our busy After-sales department, supporting customers and ensuring our service operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer enquiries by phone and email.
  • Prepare quotations, assist with invoicing and provide general administrative support.
  • Process service reports, certificates and customer documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
  • Support service managers and engineers with day-to-day administration.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure a high level of service.

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
