EJF is seeking a proactive, versatile coordinator to strengthen and expand our Environmental Defenders programme training, equipping frontline campaigners and journalists in the Global South. This senior role supports partnerships, guides training tools, and leads remote and field-based activities to deliver impactful conservation and human rights outcomes. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage a four-person team and collaborate with teams across Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America.
