Forestry England is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide face-to-face service at peak times, promote memberships and help visitors across our sites. The role involves outdoor work in all weathers, manual tasks, basic maintenance, litter management and safety duties, with supportive teamwork and training in health and safety.
You will assist with events, deliver surveys and data reports, promote sites on social media with the marketing team, and help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors.
