The RoleWorking closely with advisers and the support team, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of client and business activities:
- Managing client administration and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting advisers with pre- and post-meeting preparation
- Processing applications, client requests, and financial transactions
- Liaising confidently with clients, providers, and third parties
- Maintaining CRM systems and digital records accurately
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, and office communications
- Producing client correspondence and reports
- Supporting compliance and operational processes
- Assisting with wider office administration and project work as required
A strong and confident administrator with excellent attention to detail:
- Comfortable working with financial information and processes
