We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Financial Administrator to join our growing business. The Role
- Working closely with advisers and the support team, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of client and business activities.
- Managing client administration and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting advisers with pre- and post-meeting preparation.
- Processing applications, client requests, and financial transactions.
- Liaising confidently with clients, providers, and third parties.
- Maintaining CRM systems and digital records accurately.
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, and office communications.
- Producing client correspondence and reports.
- Supporting compliance and operational processes.
