Our engineering clients based close to Havant have an exciting opportunity for a QHSE Manager to join their growing team. The QHSE Manager is responsible for leading and continuously improving the company’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems within our clients' sheet metal manufacturing operations. This role ensures products and processes meet customer, regulatory and certification requirements (e.g., ISO standards), while maintaining a safe, legally compliant and environmentally responsible workplace.
The QHSE Manager works closely with the Operations Manager, production teams, engineering, suppliers and customers to drive a proactive culture, reduce risk, improve performance and support business objectives through robust governance, data-driven improvement and effective training.
