We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor on a permanent basis for a leading manufacturing company based in Ringwood, Hampshire.
The primary duties for the Production Supervisor will be to lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the electro-mechanical assembly team to ensure safe, efficient, on-time and right-first-time production. The Production Supervisor will drive Lean manufacturing, effective planning, strong team performance, and continuous improvement across the assembly operations, ensuring standards for quality, delivery and productivity are consistently achieved.

Proven experience supervising a production/assembly team (ideally 10-30 people) in a manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow.
Good basic IT skills, including Excel, Outlook and ERP systems.
Monday to Friday (FlexiTime)
