Our clients are seeking a skilled sheet metal welder fabricator to carry out all welding and fabrication activities within our clients' business. To ensure production targets are achieved by effective communication, motivation, and discipline.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide feedback to the Production Manager and supervision team to improve processes and quality control.
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure Health and Safety procedures are supported.
- Assist the production team to develop ideas to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Manufacture jigs and fixtures as required.
- Assist with training requirements.
Requirements:
- TIG or MIG welding experience.
- Able to code, or previous coding would be ideal.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5pm.
