Technical Product Manager Introduction An exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join a growing engineering business in Romsey. This newly created role has a strong technical and commercial focus, supporting product development, suppliers and internal teams. Main Responsibilities * Manage and develop agreed product ranges and supplier relationships. * Review product specifications, pricing, availability and alternatives. * Support product improvements, new product introductions and pricing decisions. * Maintain accurate product, technical and commercial information. * Work closely with engineering, sales, procurement and operations teams. * Monitor market and competitor activity. * Provide technical and commercial advice to colleagues and customers. * Prepare product presentations and supporting documentation. * Coordinate projects and actions through to completion. Ideal Skills & Experience * 5+ years’ experience in Product Management or a similar technical role. * Engineering or mechanical background preferred. * Experience in product development, technical products or supplier management. * Strong understanding of specifications, costs, pricing and margins. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Highly organised with strong attention to detail. * Confident using Excel and business systems. * Full UK driving licence. * Willingness to travel occasionally in the UK and internationally. Salary £35,000–£40,000, depending on experience and suitability.
